Quality is the key factors that have enabled us to ride high on the strides of the success. We always used to follow the quality process for the manufacturing process and make sure that we provide the best quality final product lines to our valuable clients. Our quality assurance plan is laid according to allocation of Indian Standards. The different stages of quality control include the following:
Raw Material Inspection
Raw materials such as cement, steel, stone blast & sand have been imported from the established vendor’s base. These raw materials inspected at arrival on our factory site. The materials are sent to manufacturing unit only after approval of quality controller.
In Process Quality Control
The manufacturing is done under the firm supervision of highly qualified engineers. In the process, we carry out variety of tests such as slump test, compressors strength and concrete internal finish. Final Testing: We conduct painstaking testing for every batch of products at random, to ensure that the entire batch will match up with international standards.
